To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it.
• The item must be returned with its original packaging, where applicable.
• You must provide your order number or other proof of purchase.
• The return request must be submitted within 30 days after delivery.

Certain products may be excluded from returns where permitted by applicable law, including products that are personalized, perishable, or sealed products that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons after the seal has been opened.

2. How to Request a Return

Before sending anything back, please contact us at:

Email: info@lenhart-commerce.com

Please include:

• Your full name
• Order number
• Product name
• Reason for the return
• Photos, if the item is damaged or defective

Do not send products to the return address printed on the original shipping package unless we have specifically instructed you to do so.

We will provide you with the appropriate return instructions and return address.

3. Return Shipping Costs

Unless the item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise required to be covered by us under applicable law, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

If you received an incorrect, damaged, or defective product, please contact us before returning the item. We may request photographs or other information to assess the issue.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when you receive it.

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible at info@lenhart-commerce.com.

Please provide your order number and clear photographs of the product and packaging.

Depending on the circumstances, we may offer:

• A replacement;
• A refund; or
• Another appropriate solution.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow your payment provider additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.

We will not charge a restocking fee unless this is clearly disclosed to you before the purchase.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received an approved refund after the applicable processing period, first check your bank or credit card account.

If you still cannot locate the refund, contact us at:

info@lenhart-commerce.com

7. Exchanges

We do not generally offer direct exchanges.

If you need a different product or variant, please contact us. Depending on the circumstances, we may instruct you to return the original product and place a new order.

8. Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible after placing the order.

Because our fulfillment process may begin shortly after an order is placed, we cannot guarantee that a cancellation will be possible once an order has entered processing or shipment.

If the order can no longer be cancelled, you may request a return in accordance with this Return & Refund Policy.

9. Our Legal Obligations

Nothing in this Return & Refund Policy limits any rights or remedies that you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

Where applicable law provides mandatory rights that are more favorable to the customer than this policy, those rights will continue to apply.
