1. Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Certain products may be excluded from returns where permitted by applicable law, including products that are personalized, perishable, or sealed products that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons after the seal has been opened.

Do not send products to the return address printed on the original shipping package unless we have specifically instructed you to do so.

3. Return Shipping Costs

Unless the item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise required to be covered by us under applicable law, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

If you received an incorrect, damaged, or defective product, please contact us before returning the item. We may request photographs or other information to assess the issue.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when you receive it.

Please provide your order number and clear photographs of the product and packaging.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow your payment provider additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.

We will not charge a restocking fee unless this is clearly disclosed to you before the purchase.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

We do not generally offer direct exchanges.
